Using Showloomz

You agree to provide accurate account, studio, billing, and contact information, keep your login secure, and use Showloomz only for lawful portfolio, gallery, enquiry, customer proofing, and subscription management purposes.

Accounts And Studio Websites

Each studio is responsible for the accuracy of its public website content, packages, prices, contact details, customer communications, gallery visibility settings, and any custom domain or subdomain it uses with Showloomz.

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos, text, logos, captions, notes, gallery content, customer selections, and customer data you upload. You grant Showloomz permission to host, process, resize, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service.

Customer Permissions

You are responsible for having the rights, consents, and permissions needed to upload, publish, share, or process customer photos and related personal information, including content shown in public galleries.

Plans, Payments, And Renewals

Paid plans, storage limits, gallery limits, billing periods, renewal dates, and available features may vary by plan. You authorize Showloomz and its payment providers to process payments for the selected plan and renewal period.

Cancellation And Access

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but if the current paid package period remains active, you may continue using the paid plan features until that period expires, unless the account is suspended for misuse, legal reasons, or unpaid/failed payment obligations.

Refunds

Showloomz does not provide refunds for subscription payments, setup, renewal, domain-related costs, or unused time. Please read our Refund Policy before purchasing or renewing a plan.

Storage And Backups

Showloomz is not a backup or archival storage service. You are responsible for keeping original copies and independent backups of all photos and files. We do not guarantee recovery of deleted, expired, corrupted, removed, or inaccessible content.

Availability

We work to keep Showloomz reliable, but the service may be affected by maintenance, provider outages, internet connectivity issues, security events, payment provider delays, or events outside our control.
